BC SAFETY COUNCIL'S EMERGENCY SCENE TRAFFIC CONTROL
(INSTRUCTORS CERTIFICATION)

Prerequisites: One of the following JIBC recognized instructor levels: FSI, 1st Responder Instructor, or
                         Fire & Life Safety Educator
